once your website goes live

Any bugs, or technical faults, will be addressed swiftly, and without quibble, throughout the lifetime* of your website.
All additional feature requests, or amends, will be clearly costed for you prior to any work commencing. You will never be hit with surprise extra charges.
We won’t ask you to sign up to any kind of maintenance contract that might tie the future of your website to us (unless you specifically require one that is!).
And, when you do contact us for support, you won't just get a random helpdesk person with no knowledge of you. You will have a designated account handler, who will have full knowledge of your account with us, and be able to quickly address your enquiry.
* Lifetime support is defined as the operational lifetime of the website/application we have produced and ceases when it is replaced either completely or through significant revision by another party.
Training
Training on the products that we build for you will be available at our office in Eastleigh, near Southampton, which has excellent rail, road and air links.
Our training room includes a large screen, so that a small group can be trained together at the same time, and of course the computer and network equipment needed to carry out the training.
On site training, at your location, is also possible and would depend on the technical requirements of the training.
